About Petculator
Petculator is a free collection of pet calculators and planners. We built it because most of the answers owners need – how much to feed, how big a puppy will get, whether something eaten is dangerous – are buried in dense veterinary tables or scattered across forums.
Who it's for
Everyday owners in the UK and anywhere else. You don't need an account, we don't ask for your email, and nothing you type is sent to us. If you save a pet, those details live in your own browser.
How the calculators work
Every tool uses a published formula or a widely accepted veterinary guideline, and every result has a "How we worked this out" box showing the formula and the numbers we used. Where a result is a prediction rather than a measurement, we show it as a range with a confidence meter, because false precision helps nobody.
Defaults – calorie multipliers, growth curves, toxicity thresholds – are editable in an advanced settings panel on each tool, so you can match your vet's advice or a particular food label.
